Therefore, after confirmation of purchase by the investor, we will build-to-suit according to the requirement of the investor. Outsourced Farm Management
For investors without prawn/fish farm management experience, OR those who prefer to outsource farm management, you can appoint our Farm Management Company to manage on a short-term or long-term basis. Alternatively, we can also train your staffs, so that you can take-over the entire operation, as and when you wish. Our farm management contract will also include the sales & marketing of the prawn/fish produce from the farm.

Acquisition Process :
Buying Your Own Johor Land & Prawn Farm

Step 1 :
We will bring prospective investor to view one of our existing farms, and to explain its operation.

Step 2 :
The investor tells us their preference of seafood to breed, or ask us for advice. Based on the above, we will recommend a suitable piece of our farm land.

Step 3 :
Both parties will sign《 Land Purchase Agreement 》《 Purpose-Built Farm Construction Agreement 》&《 Farm Management Agreement 》

Step 4 :
Payment of deposit by the Investor upon signing.

Step 5 :
If investor is a Public Listed Company – the remaining 80% can be made by way of issuance of PLC shares for the acquisition.

Step 6 :
If investor is a Non-Public Listed Company, we can arrange for instalment payment, i.e. 80% mortgage financing at 2% interest rate, the lowest in the market.
